1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including violating any law, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security or access other tenants’ data, or generating unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the agents, workflows, prompts, and data you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you submit.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment and invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing agent results before acting on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
