Do I pay for LLM tokens on top of $29?
Only if you use your own provider key — and then you pay the provider directly, never us, with no markup. On our key it is included, up to the daily run limit above. For scale: a real support-ticket triage-and-draft run costs about 1.4 cents. See the full run, costed to four decimals →
What counts as a run?
One execution of an agent or workflow, start to finish, however many steps it involves.
What happens if I hit the daily limit?
Runs that would exceed it fail with a message saying so, and the limit resets the next day. Nothing is deleted and your agents keep working. Add your own LLM key to remove the limit entirely, or upgrade to Pro for 10× the daily allowance.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Pro is $29 a month or $290 a year — two months free. Both start with the same 10-day trial, and the yearly plan is billed once rather than monthly. You pick the cycle on the Billing page, after signing up. Cancelling a yearly plan stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the year you paid for ends.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Pro starts with a 10-day trial. You enter card details at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends; your account shows Trialing with the exact end date, and cancelling before that date costs you nothing. You don’t need the trial to try AgentMesh, though — the free plan needs no card and never expires.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period — then you fall back to the free plan, not to nothing.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we refund that payment. See the refund policy.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your keys are encrypted at rest and tenant-isolated, and we are GDPR-aware. We are not SOC 2 or HIPAA certified, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
