Billing, plans & the Pro trial
AgentMesh has two plans. Free costs nothing, needs no card, and does not expire. Pro is $29/month and starts with a 10-day trial. Billing runs through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record — you may see "Paddle" on your statement.

There are two daily limits, not one
This is the part that surprises people, so it is worth being plain about. A run on our AI key counts against both a run count and a spend ceiling, and whichever is reached first stops the next run. On Free that is 100 runs or $0.50 of usage; on Pro, 1,000 runs or $2.00.
The spend ceiling is the one that actually bites, because runs are not the same size. A worked support-ticket example comes to $0.0144 at our real rates, so a hundred of those sits inside the $0.50 — but the most expensive agents we ship cost about 11 cents a run, and five of those spend the whole free day. Counting runs alone would have told you nothing about that.
What you see when you hit it
The run is marked FAILED and the reason is on the run, in these words: *"Daily limit reached — 100 agent runs or $0.50 of usage per day. Add your own LLM provider key under Account → Integrations to run without this limit or upgrade to Pro."* Nothing is silently dropped.
Running without either limit
Add your own Anthropic or OpenAI key under Account → Integrations, on either plan. Runs on your own key are not capped at all — neither by count nor by spend — because you are paying the model provider directly. We never mark up tokens, and the key is encrypted at rest.
Starting the Pro trial
- Go to Billing → Upgrade to Pro.
- A secure Paddle checkout opens. Enter your card details.
- Your 10-day trial starts. The card is saved but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- During the trial your status shows Trialing, with the exact trial end date.
- When the trial ends, the first $29 charge is taken and Pro renews monthly.
The trial needs a card. If you just want to try AgentMesh without entering one, use the free plan — it needs no card and never expires.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling later stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to Free — not to nothing. The Billing page shows the effective date.
Invoices and payment method
Billing → Manage billing & invoices opens the Paddle customer portal, where you can download invoices and receipts and update your payment method.
Refunds
Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we refund that payment — no form, no argument. Source: the refund policy, which also says that refunds outside that window are considered case by case, since the free plan lets you evaluate before paying.
Common questions
Will I be charged during the trial? No. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before that date costs you nothing.
Who pays on a team? Billing is per account today, and the account owner manages the plan.
Do I need Pro to publish a template? No. Publishing is on both plans and goes through a review before it appears in the marketplace. Pro adds the orchestration modes and the analytics, not the right to publish.
What does a run actually cost me? On our key, nothing directly — it draws on the daily allowance above. On your own key you pay the provider. Either way the run page shows the tokens and the cost. The figures on this page come from the product’s own pricing code applied to real token counts, not from estimates.
